Similar to other local spas and wellness centers, a $50 deposit is required in order to schedule an appointment. If you cancel the same day of the appointment or no show, that deposit is used as your late cancel/no show fee. This is common practice.

Some people like to pay in full before getting their services, even if they are a few weeks out. That is an option, but not a necessity. Please be mindful when scheduling as to what you choose: to pay the deposit or pay the appointment in full. Please remember if you are just paying the deposit, you would not add a tip at that time.
